How does one person Make a Difference, Be a Light, Be a Hope Broker for another who is without hope?  In essence, become a Sacred Doorway for someone.

HOW do we do this?  HOW do we start?  What is required to make a beginning?

Honesty

  Openness

    Willingness

By standing on the shoulders of those who came before us and practicing the spiritual disciplines they modeled.   The process is simple but not always easy. The tools we gain however are priceless and will help us walk with another.

First, Honesty

In practicing these spiritual traditions, we are gifted with a sacred space to honestly look into our own souls and begin the work that is needed for healing.  This is the first step that is required to become a Hope Broker.  Cleaning the vessel that is me.

First fruits, Healing

 Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. – Rumi

What’s Next?  Openness

The next step, after I honestly look at where I have been and where I am at, is to let go of all the barriers within so I can make room for what will be. In doing so, I free myself by opening the vessel. 

First fruits, Freedom

And Finally,  Willingness.

The final step in our HOW process is to bring a flicker of willingness.  A willingness to be vulnerable with another as was shown to us and allow that flicker to be fanned by all that is LOVE in this world and allow it to grow.

My Vessel that now Shines

Shines with the essence of all that is GOOD and LOVE within me, allowing for an inpouring and outpouring of this Love.  I have now become a Sacred Doorway that shines to guide another who is as hopeless as I once was. 

First fruits, Purpose.

Hello Again, I am so glad you are here!
I heard recently on the podcast, The Wake-Up Call, that our Lives are a Poem to God. It got me thinking, what is required of me to formulate the words for my Life Poem so that they enrich and inspire?

The answer is in Relationship.
Relationship with God

How do I even start the conversation?
The development of Spiritual Practices is the first step. My willingness to invest my time and by
listening patiently and intently before responding will improve the quality of my
communication.

Talking And Listening.
Praying and Meditating

During this time, He takes the being that I am, one that has been clogged with life’s trauma, hurts, resentments, fears, and addictions and starts the healing process, opening and transforming my heart, becoming a clear channel to the life-giving words to my Life Poem.
The Poem is my grateful response to the direction that I gleaned while practicing a spiritual life.

It requires developing and maintaining a relationship with my Higher Power. As I fine tune my hearing, the words flow, and my Poem brings Holy Healing, Direction, and Love.

Love,
always Love.

He sharpens my broken pencil in spiritual practices so that I can know the love and direction that is meant for My Life, My Purpose, My Meaning.

Hi, my name is Raechal, and I am a Spiritual Director and Life Coach in Brighton, Colorado.  I have the honor and privilege of walking with people on their spiritual path, helping them find the tools that will deepen their relationship with their Higher Power and helping them to discern What’s Next for them. 

I have found that most people whom I am blessed to work with have suffered trauma and are desperately seeking relief from the pain.  Sometimes in this desperation, they turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms that cause harm to them and their relationships.  Eventually, they may find themselves powerless to stop the harmful behavior and feel full of shame and alone in this world.

Is this you?  It was me.

Luckily, I have found a solution that not only heals but opens a whole new way of being.  This way is grounded in the belief and foundation that there is indeed something bigger than ourselves out there and it is not only filled with love but ultimately wants us to be in relationship with this love so we can take this out into the world. Can you imagine that!  Being a source of light and love. 

My dream is to create an army of gentle warriors who do just that!

It is always exciting for me to see how the development of spiritual tools provides just such an opportunity. Discovering and committing to these tools can be a challenge to many. Some find the support of a group helpful for the exchange of thoughts and opportunities to gain feedback.  If you are finding yourself in this situation and have hope that deepening your understanding and relationship with this Creative Being is indeed the answer, I will be offering a study on the book “Soul Feast” by Marjorie Thompson.  This book may provide the opportunity you are looking for.
